terms& CONDITIONS

1.  Course start time will be 9am for registration & tea/coffee for a 9 15am start (unless otherwise negotiated and acceptable to all parties).
2.  Onsite classroom/theory facilities/hotel must include 240volt & 110volt outlets as well as sufficient tables, chairs, toilet facilities and       tea/coffee making equipment for the duration of the course.
3.  The client is fully responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety throughout the duration of the course including the provision of all PPE /      Safety Equipment, Tools, First Aid Box and will inform the instructor in advance of any medical conditions likely to affect a delegate's      ability to complete the course.
4.  The practical training area (if required) must be in a safe location and be inaccessible to other persons or transport and preferably it      should cordoned off.
5.  In the event practical training is conducted outdoors and has to be cancelled due to adverse weather the client can rebook that aspect of      the course at further cost. This is In the interest of both the delegates and the client. The instructor will endeavour to finish the course but      his/her decision is final.
6.  All equipment supplied by the client must be in 'good working order and fit for purpose' and comply with relevant regulations at time of      booking.
7.  Cancellation of a course requires 14 days notice including the day of cancellation and the first day of the course otherwise the full fee       will be due.
8.  The client will provide refreshments for the duration of the course including : tea, coffee, water, biscuits and lunch
9.  Whenever a course require an overnight stay(s) the client shall provide minimum three star accommodation, hot breakfast and evening       meal.
10. Any/all travel costs are additional to the daily training fee and will have been provided with the original quotation and payable by the       client to Excel Training International.
11. Number of delegates: Classroom based, (e.g. scaffold inspection) 10 maximum. Practical skills course, (e.g. 2 day system course)       maximum 9.
12. The client is aware that manual skills training such as scaffolding carries a high risk and that the client is responsible for selecting       suitable delegates. The client confirms that neither Excel Training International nor their Instructors have no input into the selection of       delegates attending a manual skills training course or any other course. It is assumed that delegates have an appreciation of manual       handling and working at heights and that delegates are aware of the risks.
13. Invoice will be sent to the client 14 days prior to the course and must be paid in full within 30 days of the date of the invoice to avoid a        4% late payment daily charge.
14. For the avoidance of doubt; all equipment, PPE, training premises (onsite or hotel), food, drink and transport provided by the client shall       conform with related regulations, Acts, Manufacturers guidance and or industry best practice / training scheme criteria.
15. Excel Training International will provide training in line with current best practice and will follow guidance provided by HSE, NASC,       CISRS, IOSH, MIfL.
16. Certificate of attendance and completed training will be provided to the client(s) upon receipt of full payment of invoice issued.
17. No further training will be provided until any outstanding invoice has been paid in full within 30 days from date of invoice.
18. Cheques should be made payable to 'Excel Training International' and signed by the authorised signatory.
19. In the event delegate/s display unsafe working practice or unacceptable behaviour during the course the instructor may suspend the        training.
20. Excel Training International reserve the right to change the date and time of a course due to unforeseen circumstances without penalty.
21. Upon receipt of any form of written communication including email, fax or booking form from the client it is agreed that 'a booking' has        been confirmed and 'the booking/client' accepts the above terms and conditions.
22. All course documentation will be securely disposed of approximately 2 weeks after receipt of payment.
